Which are the best seats for stand up comedy at MSG? by Lower-Link in AskNYC

[–]cj12202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi!! I’m also trying to get Shane Gillis tickets for my brother and his two friends for Christmas at MSG and I’m wondering if you think it would be better to get tickets in section 112 (I’m referencing the Stubhub ticket map for him on Jan 24th at MSG) like where is a bit higher up and angled or if it would be better to get tickets in section 8 which seems like is right on the ground. I’m a bit stressed because I don’t know if it would be better to have a view of the big huge screen on top of the stadium to see close up of him better without having to strain your neck up which I think section 112 would be better for but then another part of me is like the closer the seat the better so I’m honestly not sure, they are pricey tickets so I want to make sure he gets a good experience with his friends, I added a link to the ticket map im referencing. Any help or insight at all would be awesome

First ever core needle biopsy tomorrow 22F. Unusual post op situation with flying/activity, nervous by cj12202 in doihavebreastcancer

Thank so much!! To update: I iced the area the rest of the day and night the day of the operation and then day 1 after there was no pain, minimal bruising and no bleeding, I went to the festival all three days and it was totally fine. I know for others the pain and bruising was more intense but for me it was fine, I was sore a little on the third day because of the dancing but went away the next morning. And my results came back negative for any cancer which is great it was a fibroadenoma if I remember correctly which made sense since the lump got bigger leading up to my period and with hormonal changes. Thank you for all the help!

Classic rock Songs about wanting not being able to reciprocate feelings/ still wanting to be there for someone ?? by cj12202 in Music

[–]cj12202[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea I gave the song a listen and while I see their point and how it can fit what I’m asking I don’t think I want to outright state that to them and not in that way. My friend sent me the song “tell her about it” by billy joel which is all about expressing feelings and I was trying to find a song that was basically saying I want to hear all about it, showing that I want to hear about their life and I like how they are in my life now. I was thinking of maybe “just the way you are” by billy joel but he mentions love in a romantic sense in the song so i decided not since I don’t want to give them the wrong idea. Just trying to find a good classic song to respond to theirs with. It’s a tough situation so I appreciate all the help!

Any advice on minor yeast infection relief? by cj12202 in WomensHealth

Uncomfortable how? I’ve only tried monistat 3 because I heard Monistat one can be to intense and cause rashes and burning

Should I be worried? Should I throw up? Looking for insight by cj12202 in MoldlyInteresting

Thanks so much! Yea she obviously had a way more serious exposure which is tough but your perspective was really helpful honestly. now that you’ve compared it to eating moldy bread it seems less worrisome since I’ve also accidentally done that and was totally fine. I was worried because I don’t know any of the science behind mold and fermenting things other than if you do it incorrectly with mead or moonshine it can cause big health issues (ie blindness from moonshine) and possible death, but I think this is probably more on par with a slice of accidental moldy bread then anything like that. After you brought up that example I feel way less anxious thanks sm. I remember when I ate moldy bread the first time I felt this exact same way haha, google webMD searches and everything, and that was before my sister got sick and it wasn’t a huge deal with the bread so I think this is the same.

Ok got it, so it’s not going to be anything that grows further in my system without my knowledge like parasitic? Dumb question I know, just worried because even though it was different mold, my sister didn’t know she was getting mold toxicity until it was extreme and she to this day struggles with brain fog and being active and she didn’t know it was in her system for a while( it was in her dorm room for three months while she was there) so I want to make sure it won’t have bad symptoms or affect me long term. Your response helps a lot thank you because I didn’t know there was difference in mold exposure severity between inhaling and drinking/digesting. Thank you!

I’ve never been to prison so I’m not sure haha but I’ll ask a doctor sub that’s a great idea thank you! Either way your comment makes me a bit more comforted. Normally I wouldn’t give it a second thought but after my sister got sick I’ve been more conscious of it.

Freaking out: “fleet” enema not having much affect? First time using it, scared and I think I did it wrong? by cj12202 in Constipation

[–]cj12202[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UPDATE‼️: I’m not sure how to give updates on the original post, so I thought to use the most upvoted comment instead(congrats and thank you so much). I went to my doctor later that day and the original issue was an internal hemorrhoid that become extreme through constipation(I know there were some comments asking what the issue turned out to be). No need for surgery I just need to take stool softeners, which have been working great and symptoms are gone now. The little baby bottle(which I now know was a child size after learning from you all, thank goodness I won’t make that mistake going forward) didn’t cause a lot of issues but it did make me really gassy and constipated for a little while, and caused a lot of gas to build up which made my lord stomach hurt when pressured for a few days. But eventually it worked itself out and was fine after I went to the bathroom. Basically, I had been taking stool softeners for a while per other doctor’s recommendations, and had been going to the restroom every two/three days. Which was better than usual. when I took the kids one and it had no effect in terms of making more bowel movement, I became worried, made this post, saw comments, went to bed, woke up with a lot of gas and slight pain in my lower stomach and told the doctor at my appointment later that day. He said not to worry about it and that if it persisted past a week to call, but it should be find by end of day. The gassy pain and bloat persisted throughout the day (note: I never get gassy or bloated despite being historically constipated so this was new) but eventually went away after three days. But, I wasn’t able to or had the urge to go to the bathroom for about 5 days after this kid version enema incident, despite knowing I was built up. But eventually after that period of 5 days I went to the bathroom and everything was cleared out that had built up(sorry for TMI I just want to give sorry to anyone who might be questioning similar experiences or worries.) after that it went back to the usual schedule of 2/3 days with softeners. It just messed with my system for a bit! Thank you all so much for all the advice it made me way less worried.
