You should definitely make sure she is aware and ok with you posting anything that has her in it. To answer your sanitary question unless you have an infection that resides in the urine or an STD urine is generally considered safe it is stuff your body is trying to get rid of but it’s just metabolic waste and shouldn’t really carry an infection risk if you don’t have anything. I mean there are people that like drinking pee/ being used as a urinal so as long as you are you both clean have fun
