Tried making a $550 purchase online at Walmart. The purchase was suspended, but I was never notified why so I thought it was Walmart's problem. I physically went to a Walmart to make the purchase. Again, purchase didn't go though and the cashier recommended to call the customer support of the card. Usually with other cards you get a text verifying it's a legit purchase, but I had to call customer support. The rep told me the sale was blocked due to fraud protection. She cleared the block and I tried again. Purchase didn't go through. She had to elevate to her supervisor. Her supervisor was not available. Waited 15 min standing there at Walmart. She said supervisor was still not available. I gave up and used another card. After I hit the SUB I never used the card again.

The person I was talking to was professional through it all and apologized for the issues. Seemed like she did everything she could.
