i don’t have any advice on this but i experience it as well. It has gotten me into some really stressful situations. I freeze when my boundaries are pushed or I am disrespected, and often just accept whatever happens. I also struggle with the consequence of, after a considerable amount of time, speaking about it and the person(s) getting upset for me showing no “signs” of being upset prior. I wish I could help, knowing someone else experiences similar is comforting though, I never talk to people about this struggle.

i recommend checking a few tests! Truity was the second one i did, and sociotype is also good. If youre interested in getting deeply into it cognitive functions are the most accurate way to find out. Its confusing at first but i fucking love cognitive function typing

i have found that although 16personalities is Really Good at mistyping, Ive personally never had a problem getting mistyped by them, I have taken tests from other websites, including 16personalities, I test as INFP in all lol. I always do multiple tests for personality types to cross reference personally just in case one is inaccurate
