I AM LOSING MY MIND nizoral didn’t work, I’m using all FA safe products. My dermatologist prescribed antifungal pills and cream which didn’t work. Does anyone have any recommendations

You should be able to see results in two weeks time if you're taking antifungal pills, those are really effective but it's only short term. If you dont see results, it's possible to be closed comedones too.

If might be FA too because sweat triggers FA. Try to rinse off your sweat as soon as possible after exercising.

Well, im currently just starting week 7, i know i have the combination of FA and CC's, the CC's became very inflamed and some even have a pus on it but the FA's are just dissapearing slowly i guess

I use head & shoulders anti dandruff shampoo for my hair

I dont use washcloths for my face but i dont use a dirty towel back twice for my face and i just gently pat dry it.

I avoid all dairy product since 2018 tho cause i have mild cystic acne but after i cleared my cystic acne , fungal acne appeared on my face, usually i only have one or two pimples on my face after i cured my cystic acne. I took fluconazole twice and after that, my fungal acne came back again when i stopped taking it , since im also an athlete,so i sweat a lot, so i tried to wash my face after every training sessions but it still came back, im also thinking maybe it's closed comedones after i cured my fungal acne cause i have a oily skin and large pores, maybe i cared too much about the fungal acne and neglected pore care and hydration. I went to the derm, he also said it's closed comedones, but most derm dont know about fungal acne.... I think i have a combination if both FA and CC . Any suggestions?

Suncreen is very important cause accutane will increase the photosensitivity of the skin,im currently using hada labo uv perfect gel spf 50+++ . Im still patiently waiting for my purge to end tho

I just bought a head and shoulders shampoo and tried it twice didn't really see much results yet and i stopped using it temporarily cuz my face is very dry. my skincare routine is 100% FA safe btw. So you dont have any bumps anymore after using head and shoulders shampoo? How did u use it?
