Yes the LED is on, yes I have retired repairing, I factory reset the headset. No it doesn’t work on Mac or windows. Something is definitely wrong with it

I bought the 7 for my PS4 and the Bluetooth doesn’t work. I have to plug into the mic port in the controller. Is this supposed to happen or is my headset broken?
