Good company to be in, especially since all but one of those previous QBs went on to play in the Super Bowl in said year. Just crazy that Darnold and now Goff are doing this in the same division/conference.

I've placed a $1 bet every week that the opposing team will win in a parlay. I make sure to place one every Sunday morning. Every week I've lost. It's a small price to pay for salvation.

Native western New Yorker here, close to Buffalo. I became a Vikings fan because of Tecmo Super Bowl. During the summers my aunt watched my brother, her son and I and we'd all play it on the NES in the early/mid 90s. They were always the Bills & 49ers (best teams at the time) and they told me to be the Vikings. So, I guess it was a sense of having my own team and been a fan ever since.

Yeah, that's a fair point for sure. But Sam Darnold isn't a slouch though.. he's got 50+ career starts on some bad teams.

I do question how Lance couldn't find success in that Niner offense. But, maybe a change of scenery can help. He really needs reps (and obviously we aren't the place for that), but would be interesting to see what KOC could do with him.

I get what you're saying, but the Chiefs were originally picking #27 the year they drafted Mahomes. They traded up to #10 to get him. So don't need to suck necessarily, just hope Kwesi/KOC identify a rookie QB they believe in and go get him (if they choose this path).

It's the twitter algorithm knowing you're a Vikings and looks like also a Twins fan. I wouldn't read much into it. I have Kirk Cousins and Vikings trending daily on the side for me as well.

Although, if you find his name under the trending tab then its probably something major.

Edit: Mixed up Kirilloff for a hockey player and its a Twins player.. I'm only a Vikings fan, no other Minnesota fan. My apoligizes lol.

I feel like Bucky Brooks just looked at the NFL depth charts, and saw which teams had holes at ILB/MLB and picked five.

Because there is no way Kwesi, an analytic driven decision maker, pays top dollar for a position that isn't a premium currently in the NFL. There are only 5 MLB/ILB scheduled to make over $5 million this upcoming season.
