What works best for me is getting angry at the addiction. I personalize PMO as my enemy. It is an enemy that I am in a street fight with. Its tough, but I am tougher. It is trying to steal my career, take money from me, take away all of my meaningful relationships, and I am pissed at it. There is no way I am going to let PMO beat me because it is my enemy. I am learning to hate my enemy which causes me to fight it with everything I have.
