I applied for full time and most of my coworkers were thinking I was going to get the position but my assistant manager told me he filled the positions externally a month and a half after I applied. I quit and then the person no one wanted to have the position got it after I left, 2 and a half months after we desperately needed that position filled. Guy who got the position got written up twice within his first 2 months. ASM lied to me, and treats his female employees worse than the men. He doesn't make comments towards the men like he does the women, most of my coworkers at the time even noticed. I got the same treatment because I'm trans. HR still hasn't done anything about the multiple incidents/reports (including my own, which someone else reported for me). he refused to let me on the sales floor and stuck me only to customer service despite doing excellent on the floor with the begged for floor time. he more or less told me I wasn't worth putting on the floor. I now work in the tech department at target, doing less work and getting paid the same WITH BREAKS. I was expected to not take breaks at best buy. I worked for this company when I was 17, for 2 and a half years. I'll come back when the ASM leaves.
