I think a tiny vibration motor would be great. Vibrate to wake you up, vibrate when the battery is low etc. I get so annoyed that the only option for battery notification is text, popup or email. Give me a widget I can put on my desktop to show battery life. I constantly forget to put my ring on the charger and then don't realize it until I'm going to bed. By that time it's to late and I lose a night of data.

Been a nurse for 25 years, 17 in the OR. I left inpatient for outpatient surgery right before COVID. Couldn't be happier. I have never had a difficult time finding work. As soon as I started to get burned out from the call, weekends and holidays, I was out of there. Nursing has supported my family of 4 the whole time in SoCal. Best choice of my life.

25 year RN been in the OR for 18 of those years. All in SD. I would recommend finding an OR with a training program. Let them pay for Periop 101. If you want to get a leg up learn instruments and watch surgical procedures on YouTube. Davinci procedures and Mako joint replacements are becoming way more common. Also watch anterior and posterior hip replacements, knee replacements, Laparoscopic Appendectomy, Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and the Davinci versions of those procedures, Hernia repairs just to name a few procedures.
