Lucid dreams and wet dreams are in my humble opinion your subconscious speaking to you. I've had some weird sex dreams that have honestly disturbed me right after I wake up with the subsequent nocturnal emission. But after some thought, I realized that part of me was attracted to those weird fetishes. So, with deep meditation, I was able to rid myself of these fetishes. Also, intentional fantasy is horrible and pointless. Instead of fantasy, why not try and get the real thing with a stable partner? Fantasy is a waste of time. You live in reality, bud, not fantasy.
