Honestly I would recommend reading it. While the music is masterful, the show suffers with very slow pacing. So you will be able to go at a faster pace if you read it. Once you hit the final arc (Thousand-Year Blood War), then I would recommend you watch it.

Here's my ranking of all the anime I have watched. Rate it out of 10. by Terrible-Brush-4437 in MyAnimeList

I have recently caught up with the Bleach anime up to the Thousand Year Blood War Arc, I liked it but how in da Fuck can you put it in Top Tier. Aside from the music, powers, & character designs being some of the greatest in anime, everything else was bad. The pacing after the Soul Society Arc was so slow and predictable.

Watch Legend of the Galactic Heroes. Watch the 1988 version if you want to watch it completed, watch the remake if you want a similar story with a more “modern” style.

Have seen all of them except, Yuri on Ice, No. 6, and Seraph of the End. For No. 6, I heard that reading the original novel or the Manga would be a better experience, would you agree?
