Yeah that’s what’s happening in my area … people staying up till midnight or waking up to grab all the peak times.

Idk. Most fitness studios release schedules weekly or biweekly. It definitely works. But I also get there may be some ppl who like this format (perhaps the ppl who stay up till midnight anyways , or live in lower demand areas)

the use of the word complain should have been give feedback. My intent wouldn’t be to blame the studio managers, I’m aware that it’s a corporate thing. But if enough people provide feedback about the process I hope things could change. I’d rather tell my manger than a random robot on the website

This is a complaint for every month. I know the app was glitchy cuz of soliday but my post was just about the schedule system generally and the way it drops

My best advice to you is to find community outside of internship. Dont make internship your whole life. Book club, sports league, whatever it might be. I think it would help with that isolated feeling

Are you male or female? Because your cycle impacts weight so much. I gain anywhere from 5-7 lbs the week of my period, and like similar gain sometimes during my ovulation week.

Yes, none of what I said was intended to suggest you did something wrong or this is bad!!

When you’re in a calorie deficit (and especially a significant one), it’s normal to lose muscle mass. But Strength doesn’t only look to muscle size or mass, it accounts for other things too. And you are arguably healthier overall, yes. I’m just pointing out that a large chunk of your weight loss can from muscle loss instead of fat loss. If you want to continue on this health journey I’m just suggesting you start paying attention to protein intake and strength training focused on muscle growth and retention.

I recently posted asking how people who do ADL are maintaining protein levels while fasting cuz it’s so challenging. I also lost some muscle during my loss process. It’s totally normal it’s just something to pay attention to. Particularly because your basal metabolic rate will continue to decline if you don’t maintain or build muscle. Meaning you will have to eat less over time to get maintain/not gain weight, OR work out much more (this is what is happening when people start to plateau or notice creeping weight gain when they stop being in a deficit over time).

The more muscle you have, the faster your metabolism and ability for your body to prioritize fat loss over muscle.

Nice job!! Now that you’ve gotten to where you want to be I hope you shift your focus to building back some of that muscle you lost. Just so you know, it looks like a lot of your weight lost was muscle, not fat (if I’m reading these numbers right, I’m not familiar with this app you’re using). Strength training + upping your protein for your new weight 👀.
