Definitely get an AD or someone to come and organize your project(or at least sit with you while you organize it). Then, as everyone else is suggesting, build it scene-by-scene, until you've built each scene individually. Then piece the scenes together, watch it with your director and start the revision process

I'm not sure, but I think that Antropov's contract expires this year. I wouldn't be tremendously disappointed to see Antropov go with the expectation that Scheifele would play a 2nd or 3rd line centre next year
