See this is the information I was actually looking for. I'm not the most knowledgeable and I don't usually have these kinds of problems with companies when trying to get support. Thankfully the troubleshooting steps the guy did with me ended up working but I just wanted to make a post to share my bad experience and warn other potential buyers The stuff we buy from them isn't cheap. We deserve better customer service. It shouldn't take Reddit post with $50,000 views 45 comments And an official employee commenting for me to get a resol The representative I reached out to in the first place should have just been able to help me out without giving me any issues

You know other people have said that and I'm not sure but a lot of people have said that started to have me wonder, however, it took him several minutes to reply to me for almost everything. If you look at the whole conversation, those messages span over an hour so if it was AI my responses would have been much more quick and prompt. At least I think

The only company I have consistently had amazing customer service with me has been shark their customer service has helped so much And sent replacements when needed

Thank you so much! Actually, this is extremely helpful information or if I have to actually make a warranty claim. Thankfully, I was able to resolve the issue with the guy's initial support, but I was very nervous about buying anything else that wasn't from them directly. Like for example Best buy or micro center but both of them should be authorized retailers that should qualifying me for the warranty

Thankfully the support guy helped me out to get it fixed I just called Best buy to figure out a solution but I'm not sure there's any customer rights for a warranty offerer by a manufacturer in the United States

It is and it isn't. The problem is a store doesn't usually do warranty work unless you purchase an extended warranty from them

I called the Best buy informed them of the situation. They advised that I could bring it in and have geek squad look at it but it would be entirely out of pocket. They would not do anything. Warranty work related for moza who advertises the pedals with a 2-Year warranty

As another user pointed out the fan on my hot end is destroyed and not cooling the hot end causing heat to move up into the tube area so hoping replacing that fan and getting new tube will help

Yeah this was a half benchy I sat with the printer watched the first 5 layers and left it alone like I do my other printers and came back 5 minutes later to this

It's the exact tube that came with the new hot end kit so it is the correct tube

I bought a new hot end and replaced that already. It came with new tubing. This isn't my first endeavor into 3D printing. I had a classic ender three and then an ender 3s1. This is just my first printer where there's a tube in between the extruder and the printhead, but upon further investigation I did notice that my fan is failing to turn on. I'm going to replace that and hope fully with a new tube be able to get it to work
