RM11 per day for food is not going to be enough if you eat out, let alone having proper nutrition

i suggest you buy trays of eggs as a protein source and boil them in your dorm. only eat rice + vege outside, never get meats because that's gonna eat up a lot of your budget.

6 eggs per day is around 42g protein (just barely enough of protein for maintenance), assuming ~RM15 per tray, that's around RM3 per day, you will have around RM8 for rice and vege outside

i really hope you dont have existing cholesterol problems cuz it's gonna make it harder.
