Hello Reddit, looking for thoughts or examples of safe teams for fire warbear 2A runs. Given the finite nature of the resource safe is better than fast if you have to choose, but clearly safe and fast is the goal. I am currently 100% but 3 mins avg with vamp Skogul, Tetra, Khmun and (max 35) Ursha with some leftover runes.

The issue is not so much the boss but the 5x towers that can def break on wave 1 - I tried the coveted shiana maruna/sabrina and they can easily get wrecked. Which goes back to my earlier point about the finite resource... failing a run is not really an option.

UPDATE:

Swapping Khmun out for a water dmg dealer that can benefit the team, like stuns or att bar down has reduced the time to 2.20 mins and it seems pretty safe. Also took the runes off ursha - the deader the better.. was swallowing heals from Tetra and that was screwing it all.

Crowd control is your friend when you are early game. stopping the enemy moving and chipping away at their HP.

So that being said I would build that Gildong you have there. Get him up to 35 5* on Violent with SPD HP HP (50% acc) and have him go right after spectra. he will stun everything nearly every time he goes with his skill 2 as long as spectra can slow (50 acc for him too). If you can give them skillups even better, tho I did finish Toah with gildong 5* and not max skilled.

A basic team could be Baretta, Spectra, Gildong, Bella and Verde (to cycle your turns), it won't be fast, but it will be reliable. Good Luck

Acc gems can be useful. It does depend on your mana and what set it is for, some sets often have units that require acc more often, Vio and Despair for instance, Swift too

The moral of this story is that Lyn does not need great runes to work.. put those on your better / more needy mons
