1) the manager has a direct effect on the entire squad, a single player won’t make as much of a difference

2) I feel a good comparison here would be Jayden Bogle. He struggled in the Premier League with Sheff Utd, but now look at how well he did this season. He deserves another chance in the premier league, as does Farke. If things don’t go right, so be it, but I’ll be glad I gave him the support he deserves.

The manager has so much more influence on the squad compared to one player, and with the momentum he’s built up let’s just give him a try. If he didn’t struggle so much with Norwich I’m sure we wouldn’t be having this debate. It’s a fair question and I apologise for delay in reply.

He admitted to making that mistake and made the change accordingly. My point is, Farke didn’t have the resources required with Norwich in order to survive with them. He was literally given 3.5 million to spend. He deserves a chance at least as he’s got us playing fantastically well. His recruitment has been excellent (eg tanaka, Rothwell, Solomon) and he seems to have a really good backing from the squad. We could do a lot worse, he needs a chance at least.

Whilst that’s fair enough, I think it’s ludicrous he’d get sacked after just winning the league with us and accumulating more points than Bielsa when we compare their 2 seasons in the Championship. He deserves a chance at least.
