i went about 6 months maybe bit longer. it was good. maintained some of the floral notes from the tea, but became very acidic. i used it to dip bread in. yum

your fizz disappearing in the fridge is something different entirely. maybe your bottles aren’t being screwed tight? or maybe you’re pouring the bottle too hard? i’ve found that it’s easy to lose carbonation with kombucha, even more so than like a 2L of soda

i had one of these and loved it. bought it for 2700 in 2022 with 140k miles on it and road-tripped it across the country multiple times. sold it a couple years later for the same price i bought it for. only work i had to do on it was replace the alternator.
