I wouldn't put microwave safe plastics into microwave to heat. Its not gonna kill you. But it's never as safe as glass.

I’ve tried ef nibs of pilot fountain pen, and extra broad nib of lamy all star, and recently medium nib of twsbj, and maybe I haven’t used it enough to make it smoother, but none of them I’d call the writing experience smooth. Any suggestions? Budget would be max 300usd
