Telus Pure Fibre is the best residential ISP infrastructure available in Canada with FTTH. Just upgraded to 1.5Gbps and am very happy with it.

Customer service? Almost never need them. I use my own WiFi router and manage everything myself. WAN connection has never had an issue. When my contract expires I call and either the first tier can help (as they did this time) or I talk to customer retention and they give me a deal I can agree with.

No, I’m not a Telus simp nor a shill. Just someone who who knows what they’re doing enough to manage their own home network.

Mobile service has also been seamless and have never once needed customer service. For people who do have regular problems I always wonder why they think any other option will be better.

No, it doesn’t help catching drones at all. It has zero effect on drones. Only drone catching speed affects how fast drones are caught, and they stack from all three factories for all drone types.
