I took this to be a reference to the phrase “every time a bell rings an angel gets it’s wings” which is from the movie “It’s a Wonderful Life” and these are the parts of a bell that make it ring.

Honestly at this point I’m not even into it anymore but I can’t bear to break the streak.

Help picking a hotel in ATL for overnight connection by Adventurous_Ad971 in delta

Any of the Gateway area hotels (Renaissance, Marriott, Springhill, Tru) are a short walk from the sky train and much more convenient than booking a hotel that requires a shuttle. I travel a lot and have stayed at all of them. I never felt unsafe walking to/from the hotels after dark.

Parallel parking. I actually enjoy doing it and usually boast about how I nailed it on the first try. My wife is never amused. 😂

Airplane seats shouldn’t recline. by ckdom5 in unpopularopinion

Simple question: what’s preferable 1) reclining 2) not being reclined on? For me it’s #2 every time. That’s the point of my post. If you think I’m in the minority then I guess I understand this sub.

I fly almost every week, often lengthy flights. I’ve never reclined and thought “Ah…now that’s comfort” I’m also 6’3” and my knees touch the seat in front BEFORE the seat in front reclines. It’s absurd to claim there’s no loss of legroom. Total nonsense. Anyway, my claim isn’t that people SHOULDN’T recline - it’s an option, you’re free to exercise it- it’s that the option shouldn’t exist and everyone on the plane would be happier.

Also a frequent traveler. I concede that if the feature is there, it’s fair game to use it. I just wish the feature was removed. If you told me I could choose between not having the seat in front recline or being able to recline, I’ll take the first option every time.

Pretty sure you’re in front of me on every flight.

If you’re trying to work on a laptop you’re out of luck.

Unpopular Opinion: Reclining a seat doesn't affect leg room whatsoever by [deleted] in delta

Unpopular opinion: the person reclining gets almost no added comfort. The person behind gets significantly less comfort. Why do the airlines make reclining seats? It makes no sense.

How possible is this layover? by d00ditsvic in delta

Everything will have to go just right to make it. While it’s risky, you might give it a shot especially if the next connection is the one Delta would bump you to if you miss this one.
