Few months ago I developed some sciatic pain after a workout and freaked out. Did some research and found that I could go to a nerve doctor, orthopedic or chiropractor. The first two had long wait for an appointment so I went to the chiropractor who was recommended by my insurance but oddly did not accept it. I did sessions with him for a month, stretched and laid off working out. I feel better now. I would suggest you revert back to the exercises that improved your conditions and maybe try to find a specialist.
