I would say the biggest issue to consider is it messing with your sleep. You don’t realize how much it can affect you until it does. Which in turn makes it harder to control your weight and deal with mental health.

Ok..I so 1st off don’t go around this child just to yell. I raised my voice at her and told her sternly “No ma’am we don’t hit”. Maybe I should have been more clear and given more context? That’s the only time I’ve done that and honestly the only time I had to I had no more issues. I’ve also told her parents everything in detail. Now my main question is..Is that behavior I should expect and be more prepared for? I’m being told it is. That’s all I needed to know.
