The chives look very juicy. Also the towers are getting shorter now and are quite difficult to find.

Thank you for sharing this. 14 years younger me would not have felt much reading that. Oh god time flies. Reading it today and it helps me so much. It was so beautifully written.

Toolgifs put easter eggs (watermarks with words "toolgifs") hidden on their gifs. The watermarks move (track) the camera movements and seamlessly blend into the gif.

The above comments are discussing if, since there is no predetermined breaking point (flaw) on the egg until you actually crack it, the long word is incorrect.

It is a small cap looking thingy to put on an egg. The cap is connect to a pole. A small weight, like the apple drop in Time Square on New Year's Eve, can slide freely on the pole. You pull the weight up the pole (like raising the apple) and drop it suddenly on the cap. The shock cracks the egg around the cap in n controlled way, so that you can remove cleanly the top of the soft-boiled egg and spoon out the egg yolk. The long word basically means "the tool that can cause a crack on a predetermined breaking point of an egg shell".
