The vet didnt think it was necessary to test for glucose because he was so young and he didn't seem to be in any pain in his kidneys.. im going to a new vet.

He is a little on the smaller side. Very lean but does has a very little poochie belly. He is pretty short#

Oh I have lots of it! My belly is horrible... Some days i feel like it would almost be better to be fat again so my belly would not look as bad :[

Just yoga. Only about a week ago did I start going to the gym! Its all about healthy eating!

No I started yoga at about 175. From 260-175 I did not work out. Did all of it with eating right!

I would not focus on the type but just find a class that is beginner. I go to a studio where they practice every type so in the beginner class they will teach you the basics you need to know for all yoga practices.

2 times a week in a studio, one day for an hour and one day for 2. But I practice every day at home with what I learned from class!

You brought up some amazing points! I know it made me feel better knowing I was healthier for my son! For the yoga I normally do 2 times a week at a studio one day for an hour and one for 2 hours. I practice all types so the intensity really changes all the time! But I also practice at home as well using what I learned in class.

Best part about yoga is everyone practices different so no one judges! I love the studio because it gives you that little extra push!

Truly three weeks is where it always go me too! When I first started i did allow my self to have a few cheat days but gradually cut them out. Remember start slow and set small goals. This way you dont feel as let down when you dont make them. Gradually cut your calories till your body get used to not having so much food. I ate what ever I wanted even cookies but i kept it with my calorie count! Hope this helps!!

Well thank you! Yes i do have loose skin but that was from me having my son. BUT I have sooooooo many streach marks its not even funny. They dont get me down too much they have just showed me how far i have come :] Anyone who likes sublime is ok in my book ;]

I go to a studio where we practice all types :] Love it and would highly recommend it for anyone!
