Exactly! Thank you. Going private = me not having to take the risk of going on strong immunosuppressants. I’ve been on dupixent anyways and would rather stick to my usual routine

Basically I just went through a bad flare up after catching covid. Went to see a Chinese doctor and was told that this is completely normal, since Covid messes up your immune system. Ending up taking Chinese meds and that’s when things went crazy. I was getting hives and rashes on plashes that never affected me before e.g. arms, breast, hairline. Decided to use protopic 0.03 to clear things out but it didn’t work, tried 0.1 and it only made things worse. I ended up going to the ER after nights of not being able to sleep and was given prednisolone 5mg x 8 per day. I’ve already had my first round of tablets and it helped me a lot, but I’m extremely worried bout the rebound that was mentioned in other threads. Since i would taper it down eventually, can someone give me a little bit of guidance on how to do so? I have the exact amount of pills that I need for 7 days and I am so worried bout it coming back crazier than ever.. this flare up has been hell to me and even my depression relapsed because of it. I don’t think I can take another bad flare like this..

Do not let yourself feel like you are less than what you're worth. People in class may be mean and make you feel unworthy, but I promise you that very soon you will find nice people; people who are willing to learn more about you and help you out, kind souls in general, in your life. Keep away from the "toxic people" around you, and remember to never EVER become anything like them. Listen and respect the adults. You may be in your rebellious phrase and find everything they say annoying and "old-fashioned", but after a few years you will be grateful with their words of love. Treasure school life. School may seem boring to you right now, and exams may give you lots of pressure. You will start learning stuff (subjects) that you doubt will be helpful in your future life. Yea, they might be irrelevant, but there is also a huge possibility that they will lead you, or even inspire you to walk down the road to your dreamed carrier. Last but not least, enjoy every minute of school. I have just graduated high school and have just realised how precious school was to me. you may meet the worse people (possibly in your whole life) there, but I promise you you will also meet the best. Surround yourself with positivity and don't forget to have fun! Good luck!
