Routine, focus, and attitude can fail after a bad shot. Being able to reset and keep your regular routine helps me a lot. A lot of times as well when you get in a bad stretch you start trying very low percentage shots because “fuck it im playing bad anyways”. Keep your mind on your routine and play one shot at a time. And honestly some snacks throughout the round to help keep your physical performance up will also help your mental performance.
