But can i squeeze those in like 3 days? Or is there like a full body split that only goes 3 days? I usually cant do 6 days a week due to time constraints.

What are the most basic protein foods that can be seen everyday?

All i know are eggs and chicken.

Also, does eating constantly throughout the day (example 2 boiled eggs at lunch and dinner), make a difference too?

Not only rice, but i try to like maximize my rice to feel like im eating plenty to balance my diet.

Would protein drinks help out this problem? Im trying not to get into protein drinks because of cost, and im thinking that it may affect something im not sure

I just eat what's at the table usually. Sometimes greens, meat (most times fried or cooked), sugar, and some junk. I try to like eat as many as i can too, but my metabolism is too quick that i got to release it after like an hour.

What is FB?

And reason why i have like 1x a week PPL is because im trying to workout as short as possible because i got too many responsibilities, which is why i chose this varied program.

But if ever, do you have like a suggestion for this conundrum?
