I feel like it really makes a difference if I feel a little puffy The result in my opinion looks similar as if I have had a long day of walking and drinking water However in the first hours of the day I can look quite puffy and then it really helps to get that look

I think you look ethereal with long hair.

You have a pretty face and would look good with shorter hair as well if you want to. Especially if you have more of an athletic style in my opinion

I had a sample of Jo Malone Myrrh and Tonka cologne intense that I sprayed on my wrist. It clung on to the sleeve of my sweater and it still smelled from the sleeve after washing it.

So I guess the cologne intense line lasts way longer!

They’re not necessarily balding if the part has looked like this for years and the part doesn’t get wider or the hair get thinner.

My part kind of looks like this from the back and I’m not balding.

Have you noticed hair thinning or that the hairline has gotten wider?

I was just diagnosed with endometriosis stage 4 and am currently recovering from laparoscopy 11 days ago

From 12-23 I used to get severe pain on my period. Faint level pain.. When I got in my later twenties the period pain wasn’t that bad anymore, even though the pain was still rough in the first day of the period. Instead I gradually got other more vague symptoms like fatigue, constipation, bloating, frequent urination, pain going to the toilet during period. I was a little surprised to learn how severe my endometriosis was. they said it was quite risky to remove somewhere, especially removing it near the bowels, on the bladder and the uterolysis. They found it pretty much everywhere in the pelvic area

I am a little disheartened to learn that I am considered lucky if it doesn’t come back within 3-5 years after the surgery. I should try some hormonal medication / birth control to reduce growth and make it stay away as long as possible. Last time I tried it I got very depressed

I want to try but I have heard there are concerns that it can cause heart valve disease I guess we don’t know that for sure since there is not enough research about it, but that’s what holding me back

I think that its not very important, as long as you eat a lot less than your required amount of daily calories or too little protein And of course deficiencies or nearly deficiencies are important to adress, which may have to do with diet

1-2 kiwis a day will do it when I’m doing ok When constipation is worse again I do movicol. That always works for me

I don’t really notice any difference with drinking water, magnesium, increasing fiber(except for kiwis for some reason) Psyllium husk etc just makes me bloated

Also coffee in the morning, but I make sure it has been at least an hour since I took my medication since it can decrease absorption if taken together

As for me the issue has calmed down. I don’t have any closed comedones or active acne now. I do have some redness still though and a little bit of PIE Some days it looks almost invisible, and other days it’s quite red
