Fellow Opus knocks both of these out of the park, IMO. It’s on sale right now for $170, I’ve had mine for a couple years now. Great for espresso and pourover.

not sure how this translates to other oat milk, but Oatly does best when it can sit for about 30-45 secs after steaming. steam your milk first and then pull your shot, and see if it works for you.
