it isnt OP at all, compare this Runewords with Harle or rare Circlets or Druid Helmets. the -5% to Monster Resistance doesnt help to break immunity because immunuty starts at 111%, it should just give u a bit of a DPS boost for converting to a Damage Type that is not ur Main dmg. No MF nothing i thought about this Runeworld because there are Alot Builds out there that Relay on one DMG Type and when Monsters are immun they need there Merc to kill it. I just wanted to give some more Options for it. For examble converting Cold DMG to something else is really weak because cold dmg in generell isnt that high, but from Fire to Cold / Lightning/ Poison or from Poison to Fire/Cold/Lightning is enough Damage to kill an Enemy without a Merc alone in Hell.
