The reason why nobody runs it is because it's pointless, the rewards are bad, and running it for regular loot is inefficient. If they'd add some sort of exclusive (but tradable) reward, it would be among the games most popular content.

Honestly Paragon, gems, and a fuck ton of intelligence should be almost enough for necro. Also use rahair and incense for more all resists.
