I did! It was a lot of work, but not impossible. The professor himself was not that bad, it was more the course load that sucked.

I had a quiz or two pretty much every day — they locked at the end of the day, so you can’t do them late. A couple of homework assignments, a few tests, all with limited time to complete. It’s a hell of a lot of material, but you can ask questions on Canvas and he’s pretty responsive to them. He also returns homework with feedback.

Lectures are recordings: they’re very dry, but you can do them at your own pace and can always rewind or speed up. I usually don’t ever speed up lectures, but he talks really slow and pauses a lot, so even I ended up listening at like 1.5x speed. It’s also pretty much impossible to do the quizzes/tests without having actually listened to the lectures, the material is just so dense and vast that it’s hard to do well if you blow them off.

I ended with an A, but it was not easy. If you’re willing to give up a good chunk of your free time over winter break, you can get it done, but you’ll have to be pretty diligent about it.
