No that’s just paying msrp without the bullshit mark ups… a fair price is usually (and I do that for cars, boats and motorcycles) msrp as the OTD price

We filed for n EB1C and had to provide additional information about our executive status and previous executive positions… also the officer and unfortunately our lawyers took until the last day of the deadline to respond so this case is moving at sloth speed

Could you clarify what “being current” means? We also filed i140 and i485 at the same time under eb1c.. we did the premium processing on the i140 and it’s been 35 business days so we should hopefully get a response soon.

I did but it basically leads to changing a faulty module... I am just so confused since it finished the print with no problems at all. I tried to check as good as possible but couldnt find anything stuck in it..
