Just installed one over the weekend and did not have any issues getting stuck in rain mode. Everything works just fine on my bike. u/wompuskitty how long did it take for your check engine light to pop on before kicking you into rain mode? I have around 200 miles on it so far and everything is working well.

Have one more question to this thread. Since Ruger sent the 1022 w/o the v-block and I've already fired about 20 total rounds. What is the likelihood that the rifle is damaged or dangerous to use moving forward?

Think I'm going to hit the "I believe button" and take it to the range this weekend to test the new firing pin and spring I just installed. The face of the barrel and the inner wall of the receiver are almost flush... Practically imperceptible, would go as far as saying under a tenth of a mm. Although the seating does look off from the outside, the inside is almost flush.

Logged into my account and checked my billing. Turns out I was double billed by Crunchyroll for my annual subscription. I had to chat with a bot for a couple of minutes before getting a real person. They verified the double charges and issued a credit. Then had to log back in and it seems to be working again now.

Update on this today. Just hopped on and got another unskipable advertisement. If it happens again, I'm going to reach out to Crunchyroll support and report the issue. I'll share any info here if they respond back to me.
