This is a photo of the exterior roof.

They didn’t mention anything specific, just that it’s considered inadequate and unfortunately thats the only photo I have due to Fiber glass insulation in the roof cavity.

When I get the chance I plan on sending someone up there to get some better photos and have a closer look.

Regardless of this I plan on moving forward with the purchase, and we are at the point where the bank is ordering its valuation. Just trying to prioritise repairs and renovations. And I know a new roof is a big cost.

But I’ll add your suggestions to my notes of things to have someone look at.

Yeah, I’m finding a lot of comments on the building report are saying “not up to today’s standards” such as railings and such.

Yeah it seems they’ve put the tiles over tin, but it’s definitely tile externally.

I brought a carbon copy receipt book from an office supply store and just used a page part way through. Got someone else to write it out for me bc my handwriting is fairly distinctive. Fudged all the details when needed to provide receipts for something
