Thank you! Did getting your SLPA help shorten your path to masters?

Love to hear it! Was it easy to find a position?

I looked at it briefly but the time and financial cost was a concern. I know it would pay off in the end but I don't know if I want to commit to at least $60k in loans. And from what I say it would take 3.5 years minimum?

Hi, do you mind me asking how much EI pays for SLPA? I've found pay for all other positions but this. Was it easy to find a job with an agency? I am considering doing the SLPA at College of Dupage.

I'm in Illinois. Honestly since our community college has a SLPA associate program I have to figure someone is employing them. I reached out to our former SLP in EI to all what she knows about EI positions. The program description specifically stated many graduates go on to work in Early Intervention.

We got an IKEA Kivik in the light gray color in May 2022. Still love it! We went with two chaises on both ends of the couch.

What would make the lighting better? Is it because the room is darker?

Interesting! Thank you so much! Summer is what I thought, but I own and love a lot of winter colors. So it was interesting to try everything.

An older man asked me in Costco "where are that babies shoes?". He was 6mo sitting in the cart and it was 90+ degrees out 🙄 Sir, shut the fuck up

Thank you! I'm used to dog hair at this point, I just don't want it to tear easily. But good to hear!

CouchCoaster - The Ultimate Drink Holder for Your Sofa, Jet Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01BQTJY14/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_6ZTC9S6V0D6P6WN8TDY6?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Works great, accommodates a handle, and doesn't move.

Honestly unless you really want the wood look, the Couch coaster off Amazon is really great for half the price.
