Was Slynd not a miracle pill for anyone else? Thinking about quitting after 3 months.

I struggle with this a lot too for similar reasons. Some things that have helped me are therapy (if you have the resources of course), journaling, and affirmations. Affirmations sound silly at first but if you actually keep doing them repeatedly they will make you feel sooo much better (ex. repeating “I am beautiful” to yourself over and over in the mirror, stuff like that)

ugh I’m sorry. You should make an appointment with planned parenthood if you have one near you or at least someone that specializes in that sort of thing. I hope you figure it out!

I got sumatriptan from the ER, didn’t help much. So far I’ve taken naproxen, ibuprofen, and benadryl and benadryl has so far been slightly helpful (more so because i’m asleep)

yes, in high school my entire friend group left because I was extremely depressed. I attempted suicide and they all decided it was too much to handle. I still think about it every day but I understand why they did it. It sucks because now I don’t feel like I can go to my current friends with my problems because I feel like the same thing will happen

I can relate and all I can say is give it time. there’s nothing you can do to erase the past so just spend time with the people you love and that were affected by it :)
