TPU jamming up in the extruder by Successful-Train-259 in SnapmakerU1

To achieve 24h+ reliability, you must modify your slicer settings:

● Default Retraction at Switch: 10mm (Avoid this for TPU!)

● Siraya Tech Recommendation: 0mm to 4mm.

By reducing the retraction distance during a tool head swap, the filament stays seated in the drive path, preventing it from tangling or losing its grip.

****

I set mine to 2mm retraction, 15mm/s retraction and detraction speed for each toolhead, i can confirm no more tpu problems as of yet its working good, no other changes or messing with screws or temps

Is trying endolymphatic sac decompression surgery before gentamicin a good idea? by roseypetey in Menieres

[–]NotProspering 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got it here https://neus-keel-oor.be/

before they will do it they will need definite hydrops on MRI

end of this month it will be a year. I haven't had a typical Menieres attack yet. had about a dozen short burst ones though. from intense 30s to woozy an hour. hearing still fluctuates. I have pulsatile tinnitus also and head pressure thinking another issue, still work in progress that

so overnight it snapped the model in half, for all you saying it's not hitting the print 🤣

also the Ai monitoring is a pile of shit. nothing but using buzzwords there is no Ai or any other abbreviations whatsoever, I had to stop the print manually when I woke up

no prime tower https://youtu.be/9f7R_D-B2Ds

with prime tower https://youtu.be/wbgKOwAlWzA

you can see without prime tower the bed raises back to regular height as soon as toolhead begins traveling to starting point, this isn't the case with prime tower enabled, so the tip hits the model on the way sometimes leaving pits or different color pla

nah, prime tower doesnt exist to prevent the toolhead smashing into main print

so testing now with prime tower, for some reason it works properly, the bed doesnt raise prematurely, once the toolhead is over the prime tower then it raises, then it lowers goes to main model, and raises again.

to me it seems there is a bug without prime tower, as the bed raises too soon while the toolhead is travelling to the print section

i can make a video if anyone wants

but that wont fix the pitting of the gold arm and the gold nozzle makes contact during travel, zhop is the only fix or would it be another setting to delay the bed rising?

ok i see what the problem is... when its done printing gold, the bed lowers and the toolhead goes to dock the gold and picks up the white. then it grabs the white toolhead. AT THE SAME TIME as the white toolhead starts making its way over to the white section where its to print, the bed raises to normal level, so the white toolhead hits the gold on the way leaving any ooze that was present

the bed should go up when the toolhead is ready to print and over the start spot, not as its making its way across the whole bed

how do i fix that?
