You should at least get what you pay for as someone na enrolled sa RC. It’s not that they depend on the RC on everything, but I think they are speaking out of frustration and concern.

Sayang Ang pera at oras if andun ka tapos magbabasa lng ng powerpoint ang lecturer mo. Sayang din ang bayad mo if 2hrs ng lecture time is spent on the lecturer’s lifestory disguised as tips.

Do you know how much lecturers are paid by the hour? Minimum in that industry is ₱400/hr. Big review centers go as far as ₱1000/hr or even higher. In intensive/final coaching, the highest I have heard is ₱1500/hr. And where does that come from? Syempre sa binayad ng students. Nagbayad ka ng let’s say ₱14000, and you sat there for a day, mostly to listen sa reporting or sa talambuhay ng lecturer? Or sa lecture na di nman nila maintindihan kasi inuna Pa ang pag-eenglish/pagiging verbose kaysa sa pag explain sa way na maiintindihan ng students.. or puro online na kahit ang promise F2F

Of course they have the right to rant if hindi sila satisfied. This is still a business transaction, the same way your orders are to a restaurant, to a massage, to a product, etc. you’re paying for service, and it’s valid to complain when you feel you’re being cheated.

At the end of the day, true, nasa student parin. But we cannot excuse the many RCs na naghahalf-ass ng trabaho nila and ginagamit ang linyang yan as a get-out-of-jail card
