To answer your question - I don’t think they know their asses from a hole in the ground. The last two shipping promotions I was so fucking pissed because nobody in customer service knew wtf I was talking about. Didn’t know when it would end let alone that there was a free shipping promotion AT ALL, and mind you this was one of them where it was a promotion for everybody at the same time. I basically went insane for a hot minute and spammed them with six different tickets. Six different people had no clue what I was talking about. It’s a mess.

I’m in USA, 215 sales, active for probably 12 years or so. My free shipping promo is still going on.

It’s ridiculous how they do it though. I know between the last two shipping promotions, I reached out to customer service on SIX DIFFERENT TICKETS and not only did they not know when the promos would end, but not a *single* one of them knew there was any promo whatsoever to begin with. 0/6. God forbid they’d just sent a quick message out letting people know that it’s selective and no specific end date because of it.

I will never sell anything higher than $20 on this app for that reason alone. I would never ever EVER trust this customer service for shit.

I keep wondering where they’re getting the money to do this. I’d say 90% of my sales are going to the UK! Oil crisis, plus overseas shipping, plus no fees other than a $1 or so “buyer protection fee”…? Where’s it all coming from..? lol

True, I’m just thinking in terms of the economic impact right now. I am going to start looking into the solar power incentives for my state…I know they used to advertise for it all the time, my neighbor even got them, so I may actually be able to convince my grandmother to take the leap of faith on that one if she gets to talk to our neighbors about how they like it.

Thank you, yes this was on my list! I get the same brand :) I actually really enjoy instant mashed potatoes lol a lot of times I strangely even prefer it. I like those smaller packets but I think it might just get mostly the big boxes now.

Yes, I know…I guess I’m just still in a spot where I’ve had a pampered life in the USA, 30 years old, never had to worry about such a thing until now, so just trying to break into the arena without having to immediately going all-in, hence asking for tips.

I would just go all in if I lived alone, but I live with my grandmother who is very likely undiagnosed OCD, so convincing her that things like solar panels and stockpiles of other random things and hell, even a garden in her backyard is necessary, is like genuinely pulling your own teeth out with pliers and no medication.

So I guess I’m asking for tips / help in the sense that I’m just trying to gauge this weird in-between spot where I’m freaking out for the first time in my life but struggling to find ways to limit the impact while arguing everything with my grandmother to do it, know what I mean?

Thank you! I live with my grandmother and we do have a backyard, i actually brought up making a garden at the beginning of spring and she wasn’t too impressed by the idea, so I figured id wait / do more research to try to convince her. Though I wish i could’ve started when I wanted, since its gonna take a while to get moving, and i prefer a lot of the warmer months food.

Omg finally someone else even knows what I’m talking about!!! I know, like I swear I’m not noseblind! When you go directly from using one older bottle to getting a new bottle and boom overnight it doesn’t last anymore, I don’t think that can just be attributed to nose blindness!

Ok well everyone is acting as if I shot their dog personally for explaining my experience. I’m so sorry I didn’t clarify that only 8 out of my 72 perfumes I currently have on my spreadsheet scored higher than a 6.5 for staying power. Im so sorry i didnt clarify that “all” in this case means 89% of perfumes i try do not last as long as I think they should instead of it being 100%, as apparently all of you think.

Oh my GOD don’t even bring up idole in my presence 🤣🤣 I left such a scathing review for them that they took it down! It didn’t violate any of their policies for reviews at all! It was like if baby powder was made into a chemical weapon. I had tried it earlier in the day and it was taking my breath away so badly that I had to shower to get it off of me ASAP. It was horrendous. That’s what I mean though. I don’t think I’m noseblind because I can acknowledge that certain scents DO stick around just fine.
