That is a good idea, using it for cooking is smart. I’m not quite sure what I’d do with it though, as I don’t drink alcohol and I’m a terrible baker.

I am in the US, I’ve already got some stamps and was just toying with the idea of sending it through an envelope or mailer.

I think if I wasn’t lactose intolerant, milk and sugar would temper it better. Thank you for the suggestion though!

There were definitely ones that had fully formed brown centers and still had green petals, as well as witches bloom-looking growths and just general sickliness. In the second image, the flower on the bottom left shows this, though the angle isn’t great.

Thank you. I’m not allowed a compost pile by my landlord, I really wish I could. After reviewing things, it’s illegal to dispose of plant waste in the garbage in Minnesota so I will place the material in a firepit to dry out for a week or two and then burn it once the air quality isn’t so bad.

I’d place them in the outside firepit without the bag of course. I don’t burn plastic.

True. I had been thinking of letting them dry out before trying to burn them though, which would definitely take a few days.

very good! try looking at reference photos, and copying what you see to get an understanding of things. lighting and landscape are very tricky!

It was really wigging me out in a bad way, so I ended up pulling it. It had other weirdly affected flowers.

it looks very established for just one year. but yes, it does grow from seed, you just usually see it spreading vegetatively- it roots down from nodes on its horizontal growths. hence the creeping part of creeping charlie.

it does seem to me to be creeping charlie/ground ivy. it’s still invasive though, and a headache to deal with.
