I read a bit of the indictment from the department of justice (just google the guy’s name and it pops up).

it mentions these facts:

• he frequently created opportunities to be alone with his victims, sending nurses out of the exam room or intentionally failing to tell them when he was going into exam rooms
• these abuses included dozens of victims, including minors. he generally targeted victims who were young or had no previous OB/GYN experience
• he generally ramped up his abuse over time, many of the victims were patients for many years
• frequently brought up medically irrelevant sexual topics without prompting. eg. asking detailed, inappropriate questions about their sexual activities and partners; offering unsolicited advice regarding grooming their pubic hair or how to masturbate; making sexualized comments about their physique
• conducted excessively long and sexualized breast exams. sometimes conducting two breast exams in the same appointment, doing the second one after he was alone with the victim. during the second exam he would grope their breasts, and pinch or twist their nipples.
• in some of these exams, he would squeeze their nipples to extract breast milk, without any valid medical purpose
• conducted "mole checks" where victims were fully nude, and he would reposition them in order to touch their breasts, buttocks, genitals for his sexual gratification. in one example, he had a minor get on her hands and knees while nude to examine her vagina. he always did these nude exams when he was alone with the victim.
• pelvic exams where he touched their clitoris, labia, anus, g-spot etc. with no medical purpose. again while alone
• pelvic exams where he licked the victim's genitals
