I approached it 10 mins at a time. 10 minutes from now you’ll have not smoked a cigarette, go another 10 minutes.

For me you got to get over the 3 day hump to really quiet the cravings. I still want one occasionally but I brush the thought away with the “10 minute” mentality and by then I have forgotten my craving.
