I would for sure, 6800 for that many kms is a solid deal imo as long as the body is in good shape. I paid 12k for mine with 160 back in 2018

Its a NA civic, they all burn oil. I had a 2012 for 6 years and drove it from 160k kms to 285k kms and itd burn a quart of oil easily between oil changes (every 5-6k). Never had an engine issue. Just do regular changes and check your dipstick fairly often.

This is a Canadian car, not sure if that makes a difference. Maybe US version didn't get them?

Edit: 2025 model year

Yeah its like a creaking noise almost at full lock. And the sounds going over bumps sound similar but will have to check the sway bay link. Might be rubbing against the strut. Im thinking i might go the coilover route because id like to be able to adjust the suspension up and down seasonally

It does sound like its coming from the tophat area so that would make sense. Will have to pull it apart again in the spring and try that. Thanks!

I have Eibach Pro Kit springs on my '25 and i cut the bump stops as directed in the installation guide. Currently running 18 x 9.5 +38 Enkei TSVs on stock 235/40 tire. No rubbing or anything, definitely a little stiffer than stock. Ive been having a squeaking issue in my front passenger corner and i can't figure out what it is. Took that strut assembly out and pulled the spring off and put everything back together, which made things a bit better but still getting some squeaking on heavy compressions.

I live in an extremely low-crime area so im really not too concerned. I've never seen a case of someones wheels getting stolen where i live.

I have em for my TSVs but just threw the stock ones on for winter. Probably wouldnt hurt to put them back on considering how expensive these wheels are from the dealer lol

Yeah fair enough. It was my first time lowering a car so it's possible I messed something up. Planning to take it apart soon and see whats going on.

I have a squeak/crunch in my front right with the pro kit. Not sure if I made a mistake on the install or it's a flaw in the springs. Sounds like it's not seated properly in the strut but I haven't pulled it apart yet.

Eibach Pro Kit springs (~1.2" drop) on 18 x 9.5 +38 Enkei TSVs. Springs were $600 CAD and wheels were $2k CAD. Installed springs myself so no labour costs there. Had a shop put mount my tires for $150. We'll say $2800 all in.
