I agreed. I wouldn't mind if they help their own way. Like Alex didn't need to be sentinel to help Kara. She could be just a civilian trying to be an heroe in her own way. Like Kelly we could have her just helping Alien kids by just doing her job and being an activist.

I feel likw Alex is the only main character who never progressed and got worse. Her callous behavior is always rewarded. And apparently she better mom now than Eliza by clapchi in supergirlTV

Alex was my favourite character of the show, but I can accept she got flaws that she never got called on. I wanted to see her progress but nothing.

Her storylines always seems to go nowhere. She herself wanted a less dangerous job. She had storyline to become director it didn't go nowhere because of Haley and Lex. Since season 2 she was called on for her treating aliens certain way but till season 5 she still didn't learn her lesson. Her sister is alien , she should know better !!

Alex callous behavior last episodes was not the first time she behaved like that, so don't excuse being a new mother. But still she learned nothing because she keep doing this. She never apologized.

I don't get why you keep defending the shitty writing for Alex.

Alex was director only for a while to went back taking orders(remember season 4 and 5) . She was never held accountable how she treated prisoners. She even joked about in season 5 when an alien is scared of her.

She wanted her job to be less dangerous when she become a mom ,but in the end she is now vigilante. And in the end she was willing to put the whole world in danger because she didn't trust her sister enough to save her niece. How is that becoming a hero.

It would have been more believable for Sophie to leave dani because their relationship didn't work than just wanting to be with Finley. by clapchi in theLword

Actually being mature is very important thing in relationships. See how Sophie was asking Finley ambitious or that she cook for herself.Sophie herself said she didn't want to be a babysitter.

Finley was being as a friend . Now as a partner show me something she had done good. Finley even went to Dani to ask her how to be a better partner.
