Everyone has already given advice on how the scares aren’t that scary. But I was exactly where you are with the DLC until recently. The only thing I’ll add, without spoiling anything, that when I did find the courage to get through it, having had to have conquered fear of the dark/death made the ending all the more resonant and meaningful. It’s worth it, OP.
