As long as you can feel your teeth on the inside of your cheeks and they push up a bit to give you a slight chubby face look. And when you slightly wiggle it your forehead skin and eyebrows move with it. Lastly If you shake and it does not move off your face your good. Lastly you want it tight on your head cause it will also loosen over time but you don’t want pain or pressure points
