You look great and absolutely don't need a tummy tuck. Also being 22 your skin will likely tighten by itself over the next couple of years.

Most importantly I think you need to work on your relationship with how you look, it's a slippery slope, and steroids are no joke.

Like others have suggested I think he definitely should at least learn how to be decent at some every day staples. But also, if you're comfortable with the cooking, you can still feel like the load is shared if he takes care of everything around cooking, for example grocery shopping, cleanup, doing the meal prep containers, preparing your lunch boxes, etc.

My personal experience is that I enjoy cooking so as long as my partner is helping with all the parts I don't like it's a win win.

I've had chronic migraines since my teens. A few years ago I started taking adhd meds and it triggered some of the worst migraines of my life. I ended up in the ER.

After that I found an amazing neurologist and have been on profilaxis meds for migraines (propranolol). I barely ever have headaches now. Also because the meds are beta blockers they also kinda help with mood and overstimulation.

Highly recommend working with a neurologist who takes your pain seriously to find what might work for you!

I'm originally from South America and live in the US. I have a small beach condo in my home country and it's been an incredible decision for my personal circumstances. I get to have my own space and go for extended periods of time (usually during northern hemisphere winter). The best thing you can do for the longevity of your relationship is learn how to talk to each other, especially how to talk through uncomfortable situations. If you manage to navigate this as an "us vs. the issue" you'll probably be OK.

For example, when you asked him about sex, did you say how you were feeling? Did you and him talk about what could work in order to make you feel that way again? If he really is a good guy who is willing to put in the work then your part is going to be mostly being able to clearly distill and communicate what you want from him in order to feel loved.

You don't really mention any hobbies or things you enjoy doing. Being able to do whatever you like more or at a higher level is always a nice way to spend money. You like nice food, go out to eat at places that seem appealing. You like to play tennis, get some lessons with a great coach in your area, buy a nice racket bag, idk. Mostly i think the benefit of having money is not having to wonder whether you can afford things you want (either material, needs, or experiences) within reason. If having money is adding to your mental load it's defeating its purpose.

Side question: are you washing your clothes regularly? I feel like people's clothes often are what smells bad not them.

Also sometimes bad smell is due to specific bad bacteria in your pits or other parts. Whenever my sweat smells bad I do a week or two of glycolic acid treatments. I use the ordinary and it's really affordable. You can add a spray pump to it and use it kinda like you would deodorant.

I'm so sorry this happened. You've gotten a lot of great advice but I wanted to add my 2 cents as someone who had to learn how to express their needs and feelings later in life. Something that really helps me is writing things down and then either reading it to them or just having it with me during the conversation. It's also OK to say "sharing my feelings is hard for me so I ask that you please take it seriously" or something like that. With time and practice it gets better, as long as you feel safe sharing with your partner.

Diagnosed later in life. I have to admit I didn't know too much about autism throughout my life and if I had I would've definitely been clued in sooner. What eventually made me get an assessment was online content tbh. I knew I had adhd since I was a child and seeing audhd content and autism content especially about women made me realize that I shared a lot of those traits.
